We are proud to present this wonderful project led by Ms. Hidar in collaboration with our talented local traditional designers. This initiative focused on recycling fabric waste and transforming it into a vibrant, artistic display, giving new life to discarded materials while beautifying our school environment.

This project was not only about decoration but also a valuable teaching moment for our students. Through the process of collage, they explored creativity, learned about colour combinations, and discovered the importance of sustainability. It was an opportunity to instil a sense of responsibility in caring for our school while celebrating the rich artistry of our community.

By combining art, recycling, and education, this project became a meaningful hands-on experience, teaching our students that every small action can contribute to a more beautiful and sustainable world.

This project was created by Miss Hidar, Miss Banani, and the parents of our preschool class. It marks the first story of our curriculum, and our teacher decided to make it come alive in a vibrant way by recycling old cardboard and unused kitchen jars. The children had an absolute blast painting, discovering primary colours, and learning about change through the magic of recycling. It was a truly engaging experience that brought both creativity and excitement to our classroom!

Our Pre-K class has been learning about the importance of keeping our school green by sorting out plastic and cardboard waste with Miss Hidar. It’s been a fun and informative experience, helping the children understand how they can contribute to protecting our planet.
